WHO MAY APPLY
All qualified Missouri traditional guard members and those eligible for enlistment, appointment or transfer into the Missouri Air Nional Guard. Duties Help Administers refresher and advanced training to ANG military AOC weapons systems positional specialists. Instructs red pilots, navigors, air btle managers, space operions specialists, and other AOC assigned personnel in advanced aerospace operions applicions using current AOC systems of record. Interviews instructors, pilots, navigors, air btle managers, space operions specialists, and other assigned AOC personnel to determine operional background in their respective weapons systems/specialties. Performs as instructor and/or examiner; evalues and examines personnel to determine preparion for the applicion of aerospace force/operions, proficiency during actual operions, instructional ability, and technical competence. Performs as instructor and/or examiner and conducts post operions critiques. Maintains a thorough knowledge of a variety of specialties to include general and advanced knowledge of AOC assigned weapons systems, U.S. and allied aircraft, space weapons systems, and tactical employment of weapons systems. Maintains a thorough knowledge of a variety of specialties to include general and advanced knowledge of search and rescue, theer missile defense and air tasking order development and execution. Coordines, plans, and executes Distributed Mission Operions (DMO) and Reachback operions. Conducts Command and Control over all subordine elements of the Theer Air Control System (TACS), including airborne and ground based sensors. Plans and executes dalink operions critical to maintaining and synchronizing situional awareness in multiple theers. Performs other duties as assigned. MILITARY REQUIREMENTS
Selected candide must currently be assigned to a military unit in the Missouri Air Nional Guard. Title 32 employees will not be militarily senior to their full-time supervisor (grade inversion). Maximum Military Grade - Maj (O-4) Minimum Military Grade - Capt (O-3) Title 32 Nional Guard employees will not be militarily senior to their full-time supervisor or wage leader (grade inversion).
GENERAL EXPERIENCE
: Must possess experience, educion, or training interpreting, explaining, and/or applying a variety of regulions and procedures. Experience using computer and automion systems.
GS-12 SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE
: Must possess 36 months of specialized experience which demonstres your ability to plan, develop and present comprehensive courses of instruction on Air Operions Center (AOC) operional skills to red pilots; navigors, air btle managers, and space operions specialists; administer refresher and advanced training to AOC weapons systems positional specialists; coordine, plan and execute Distributed Mission Operions (DMO) and Reachback operions; and collect, review and dissemine da on tactics and employment techniques for weapons systems (friendly and enemy).
