We sell trucks, maintain and upgrade box trucks right here in our own shop. We are a team that works hard, moves fast, and takes pride in everything we put out. We are looking for someone who wants to be part of something real. About the Role We are hiring a full-time Shop Assistant / Parts Runner to support our shop team. This is an essential role — when our mechanics or tech need a part, we order it and you go pick it up. When the shop needs to be clean and organized, you handle it. You are the person who keeps everything moving so the technicians can stay focused on the trucks. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to get their foot in the door at a growing automotive and trucking operation and learn the business from the ground up. What You'll Be Doing Picking up and delivering parts from local suppliers (Auto Zone, Lowes, O'Reilly, FleetPride, and other dealerships) Keeping the shop clean — sweeping bays, taking out trash, organizing tools and supplies Helping technicians with basic tasks as directed Running errands as needed for shop operations Keeping parts organized and logged when they arrive Washing and detailing trucks as needed Assisting with moving vehicles around the lot Any other support tasks that keep the shop running smoothly What We're Looking For Reliable — shows up on time every single day, no exceptions Valid driver's license and clean driving record — you will be driving to pick up parts Good attitude — willing to do whatever it takes to help the team Takes pride in keeping things clean and organized Works well in a fast-paced, hands-on environment Basic knowledge of auto or truck parts is a plus but not required — we will teach you Ability to lift up to 50 lbs What We Offer Competitive weekly pay Steady, consistent full-time work A chance to learn the box truck and diesel repair industry from the inside Room to grow — we promote and assess from within A team that works hard and takes care of each other Schedule Monday through Friday — Full Time Hours TBD based on shop schedule How to Apply Call (251) 800-9709 Come in Person at 740 Maplewood Dr Tuscaloosa
