We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Valet Trash Porter. This is a consistent, part-time evening role ideal for someone who values independent work, takes pride in cleanliness, and enjoys light physical activity.

Key Responsibilities:

Walk the property and collect bagged household trash directly from apartment doorsteps. Transport collected trash to the on-site dumpster or compactor using a provided carrier or dolly. Perform light groundskeeping tasks such as picking up loose litter on property grounds to maintain a clean and professional appearance. Refill and maintain pet waste stations once per week. Ensure all collection is completed within the scheduled shift window and handle all materials with care and professionalism.

Compensation & Hours:

Guaranteed daily pay of $34•40 per evening , regardless of how quickly the route is completed.

Average shift duration:

1.5 to 2 hours per night , Monday through Friday. Opportunities for additional properties or shifts may be available for dependable and high-performing individuals.

Requirements:

Must have access to a reliable vehicle (truck preferred, but not required). Ability to walk moderate distances and lift 25-30 lbs. Dependability and punctuality are a must. Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision. Must be 18 years or older.
