Full Job Description Overview:

We are looking for a Supervisor who will be in charge of managing one of our working shifts. Duties primarily revolve around the general management of your direct reports, which include, but are not limited to, providing and demonstrating task instructions, keeping attendance, and measuring key performance indicators. You will be expected to keep records and produce reports that will be used to review team performance. In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication skills and a passion for excellence. Previous leadership experience is a plus. Metro Auto Parks is a privately-owned parking operations and management company. Metro's Preferred Parking Program currently offers monthly and daily parking at many locations along the rail lines and busways. This program allows Metro patrons to park in the designated Preferred Permit Parking area of the facility when the vehicle is displaying a valid permit. Qualifications:

HS Diploma or equivalent required. 1-2 years of experiencing preferred. Able to calculate and perform basic arithmetic functions in the application of revenue accounting and cash accounting. Must have excellent verbal communication skills and basic computer skills. Must be able to work in a team environment. Must have a valid driver's license Dependent upon location, parking attendants might have to stand or sit for prolonged periods. Responsibilities:

Making sure employees that report to you meet performance expectations. Giving instructions or orders to subordinate employees. Ensuring that the work environment is safe, secure and healthy. Meeting deadlines. Approving work hours. Ensure great customer service at all levels. Greeting customers and informing them where to park. Assisting customers during the checkout process if help is needed. Must be flexible for operation needs and schedule (evenings and weekends)
