Do you have a positive, friendly attitude and enjoy helping others? If so, then this is the opportunity for you! We are looking for an energetic, customer service-oriented individual to join our team at our premier self-storage facility in Mountain View, CA. Our company is seeking a Service Attendant that possesses great customer service skills and can complete maintenance and sales duties. This job requires some lifting and general janitorial duties.

• This position will be required to work inside the office and outside on the property.
• Must be able to work weekends.

Work Schedule :

FullTime Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Saturday 9-3 pm Sunday 10-2 pm OFF Thursday and Friday

• Work schedule subject to change based on the facility's needs

Essential Duties :

• Ensure property, self-storage units, and grounds are cleaned and maintained.
• Fix minor repairs and perform unit lock checks.
• Provide tenants with move-in assistance.
• Must be able to perform the company's sales process.

Travel :

• Drive the Move-In Truck to the service station for gas or an oil change.
• Drive to the hardware store for property repair or maintenance items.
• Attend meetings off-site for company training.

License :

• Must be able to drive and possess a valid driver's license.
