In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for vehicle movement and lot organization, ensuring our inventory is always showcased at its best. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help create a positive experience for customers and team members alike. Responsibilities Safely move and park new and used vehicles within the dealership lot, including parking areas. Assist with vehicle staging, ensuring cars are clean, properly positioned, and ready for customer viewing or delivery. Perform light maintenance tasks such as washing vehicles and checking fluid levels as needed. Maintain a clean, organized lot by removing debris, managing signage, and ensuring clear pathways for pedestrian and vehicle traffic. Communicate effectively with team members regarding vehicle locations and lot status updates. Assist with outdoor work activities such as heavy lifting of supplies or equipment when necessary. Requirements Prior experience in guest services or hospitality is a plus, demonstrating strong customer-focused skills. Dealership experience or familiarity with automotive service operations is preferred but not required. Ability to operate standard passenger cars confidently; valid driver's license required. Experience driving manual transmission vehicles is advantageous. Capable of heavy lifting and outdoor work in various weather conditions. Strong communication skills; bilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse customers effectively. Knowledge of automotive parking procedures and parking regulations is beneficial. Previous cashiering or cash handling experience ensures precise transaction management.
