Position Summary As a Special Event Valet Attendant, you will be the first and last impression guests experience at our events. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in providing excellent customer service. You will safely park and retrieve guest vehicles while representing Preferred Valet Parking with professionalism and attention to detail. Saturday evening availability is required, with additional opportunities available based on business needs. Key Responsibilities Provide professional and courteous valet service to guests upon arrival and departure. Safely park, retrieve, and manage guest vehicles in a timely and efficient manner. Operate a variety of vehicles, including luxury, electric, and manual transmission vehicles. Maintain a high level of customer service while working in a fast-paced event environment. Properly tag vehicles and manage keys according to company procedures. Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and event coordinators. Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude throughout each event. Follow all company policies, traffic laws, and event-specific procedures. Immediately report vehicle damage, safety concerns, or guest issues to onsite leadership. Assist with maintaining an organized and efficient valet operation. Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old. Valid California Driver's License with a clean driving record. Strong customer service and communication skills. Professional appearance and dependable work ethic. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Ability to stand, walk, and run for extended periods. Ability to safely operate automatic and manual transmission vehicles (manual experience preferred). Reliable transportation to assigned event locations. Must be available to work Saturday evenings consistently. Weekend and holiday availability is strongly preferred. Physical Requirements Ability to remain on your feet for extended periods. Ability to walk and run short distances repeatedly throughout an event. Ability to safely enter, exit, and operate various types of vehicles.
