ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Valet Attendant at Belmont Village Senior Living, you will work as part of a team to provide exceptional hospitality and customer service to residents and guests by safely parking and retrieving their personal vehicles from our on-site parking. The Valet is often the first and last point of contact for Belmont Village guests helping set the tone for their day. The ideal candidate has prior Valet experience, is reliable, takes pride in their work, and demonstrates a commitment to exceptional hospitality. They excel in a fast-paced, active position, collaborate effectively, and work efficiently.
YOUR TYPICAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Greeting arriving and departing guests in an efficient and warm manner Ensuring safe operation of the customer's vehicle in accordance with all applicable laws and ordinances Providing parking and retrieval of customer vehicles in designated spaces, recording location and number and safekeeping of keys and ticket Responding to guest inquiries and resolving guest concerns as needed Assisting with package delivery within the community as needed Making hospitality, customer service, care and satisfaction the priority in every interaction while assisting with opening of vehicle/building doors as necessary The certification says Great Place to Work®.

QUALIFICATIONS
High School diploma or equivalent Valid Driver's License with a clear driving record Must be able to communicate clearly in verbal and written English Demonstrated willingness to learn and work Professional, pleasant and team oriented attitude Consistent and reliable attendance is essential for all Belmont Village employees to ensure the successful operation of the community Please note that the above Responsibilities and Qualifications provide a general overview of the primary duties for this role and the basic qualifications.
