Job Description

Fisher Honda and Fisher Acura are currently looking for a dependable, hardworking Lot Technician to join our team. This is an important position within our sales operation. Our Lot Technician helps ensure that our new and pre-owned inventory is properly received, inspected, organized, maintained, and ready for our clients and sales team.
Primary Responsibilities Include:
Receive new vehicles delivered to the dealership and verify them against delivery documentation. Inspect incoming vehicles for transportation damage, missing equipment, or other concerns. Document any damage or missing items at the time of delivery. Park and organize vehicles in designated inventory areas. Maintain an organized system for vehicle keys. Assist with assigning and tracking dealership stock numbers. Move vehicles throughout the dealership property as needed to maintain an organized and presentable lot. Move sold vehicles and assist with preparing them for delivery. Transport vehicles to our preparation/detail departments. Help maintain vehicles in inventory, including checking vehicle condition, batteries, tires, cleanliness, and overall appearance. Assist with washing, cleaning, fueling, and restocking vehicles when necessary. Keep dealership lots, vehicle display areas, and inventory organized and professional. Assist the sales and management teams with moving or locating vehicles as needed. Perform other dealership-related duties as assigned.
What We Are Looking For:
The ideal candidate is someone who is: Dependable and punctual. Organized and detail-oriented. Comfortable working independently and as part of a team. Adaptable and able to shift priorities throughout the day. Comfortable working outdoors and being physically active. Able to safely operate a variety of vehicles. Willing to take ownership of keeping our inventory and dealership lots organized.
Qualifications:
Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record. High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous automotive or dealership experience is helpful but not required. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Ability to perform physical duties including walking, standing, bending, lifting, washing vehicles, and moving throughout the dealership property. Ability to work in varying Colorado weather conditions. This is an on-site position and cannot be performed remotely. Full-time employees may be eligible for dealership benefits following applicable waiting periods.
