Job Description
Lot Attendant, attends to the needs of self-serve car wash customers using the wand bays and touch-free automatic wash equipment as well as the change machine, vacuums, vending, etc. He or she answers customers' questions on wash options and operations and performs minor repairs.
- Completes checklist of daily tasks to maintain lot and keep equipment clean and in excellent working order. Most of this physically demanding work is performed independently and outdoors in all weather. Includes walking, shoveling seasonal mud and snow, sweeping, cleaning bays, wiping down equipment, and frequent trash collection.
- Be able to work without supervision.
- Must be willing and able to climb a ladder up to 15' tall, lift up to 75lbs occasionally, and have a basic understanding of hand tools.
- Alerts supervisor immediately when equipment or customer issues occur or if a customer needs help with a prepaid wash card or fleet account.
- Works with supervisor on repairs and special projects when requested.
- Treats customers and fellow crew members with courtesy and respect at all times.
