Mercedes Benz of Littleton is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Valet Driver to join our service team. As the first and last point of contact for many of our clients, you'll play a key role in delivering the premium, white-glove experience our customers expect. You'll be responsible for safely parking, moving, and retrieving customer and dealership vehicles, including new and pre-owned Mercedes-Benz models. Key Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and professionally upon arrival for service or sales visits Safely park, retrieve, and move customer vehicles and dealership inventory across the lot, service drive, and showroom Operate manual and automatic transmission vehicles with skill and care Inspect vehicles for existing damage before and after service; document any findings Maintain accurate records of vehicle keys, tickets, and location logs Keep the valet area, service drive, and lot organized, clean, and free of hazards Assist service advisors and sales staff with vehicle staging and delivery Escort customers to waiting areas or shuttle vehicles as needed Follow all dealership safety protocols and traffic laws at all times Maintain a clean, professional appearance consistent with brand standards Qualifications Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (required) Must be at least 18 years of age Ability to drive both manual and automatic transmission vehicles Comfortable operating high-value luxury vehicles with care and precision Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Ability to stand, walk, and move quickly for extended periods Prior valet, parking, or automotive experience preferred but not required High school diploma or equivalent preferred What We Offer Competitive hourly pay plus tips Health, dental, and vision insurance (full-time employees) Paid time off and holiday pay 401(k) with company match Employee vehicle purchase and service discounts Opportunities for advancement within a growing dealership group Training and mentorship from an experienced automotive team If you are passionate about driving business success in a dynamic environment, we invite you to apply today and become a key player at Mercedes-Benz of Littleton!
