Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service by greeting visitors, answering questions about vehicle care services, and ensuring a positive experience. Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the dealership lot, showroom, and vehicle displays. Park, organize, and reposition vehicles to maximize lot efficiency and presentation. Ensure all vehicles are properly aligned, locked, fueled (as needed), and ready for display or delivery. Install dealer plates, window stickers, and other required vehicle displays. Assist with receiving and organizing incoming inventory from transport trucks. Shuttle vehicles between dealership locations, service departments, body shops, and customer destinations as needed. Keep vehicle keys organized and follow dealership key control procedures. Assist customers by locating vehicles and directing them to the appropriate department. Follow all dealership safety policies and traffic procedures while operating vehicles. Support the sales and service teams with daily operational needs.
