Job Description
The Parking Compliance Attendant is responsible for monitoring community parking areas and helping ensure compliance with established parking rules and regulations. Duties include, but are not limited to: Conduct routine inspections of community parking areas. Verify that vehicles display the appropriate parking permits. Identify and document vehicles parked in violation of community rules. Issue parking notices or warnings in accordance with established procedures. Maintain accurate inspection records and report recurring or significant parking concerns to management. Respond professionally to basic resident questions regarding parking requirements. Report safety hazards, suspicious activity, or property concerns observed during inspections.
