Valet Manager Salary Range:

Ideal Experience:

This position is responsible for all aspects of parking operations, self-parking, and valet services, as well as overseeing your location team. The ideal candidate will have previous parking industry experience, with a hospitality focus also being a top asset. Progressive management experience with front-line team oversight Established experience with scheduling Bachelor's degree with a concentration in business is helpful but not required. As Valet Man ager , you will: Develop and train Valet Captains and valet staff members. Complete valet schedules to ensure adequate coverage while minimizing expenses. Develop and maintain strong customer relationships. Assist supervisors in handling customer complaints and day-to-day operational issues. Oversee the customer service program to ensure customer satisfaction. Review and evaluate shift report audits to ensure integrity of business operations. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as those of our client. Respond to operational issues when needed (at times, after normal business hours).
