Al Piemonte Lincoln is looking for a motivated and reliable Lot Attendant / Detailer / Porter to join our team. This is a key, hands-on role that helps maintain the appearance and organization of our vehicle inventory while supporting an exceptional customer experience. Key Responsibilities:

Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable vehicle lot at all times Wash and detail vehicles inside and out using proper products and equipment Perform basic vehicle inspections to ensure readiness for display or delivery Move vehicles safely between service, sales, and delivery areas Greet guests in a friendly, professional manner and assist with questions Support the dealership team with vehicle deliveries and inventory tasks Communicate effectively with team members to keep operations running smoothly Uphold high standards of cleanliness, safety, and professionalism

Qualifications & Skills:

Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus Experience in detailing, car wash, or customer service is helpful but not required Knowledge of buffing and detailing techniques is a plus Strong attention to detail and pride in a job well done Must be able to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet throughout the day Basic familiarity with inventory handling or cash register use is a plus Why Join Us?
