We're looking for someone who has hands-on experience with commercial parking lot maintenance and can work efficiently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities:
Commercial parking lot sealcoating Parking lot line striping and restriping Layout and measuring for parking stalls ADA/handicap markings, arrows, curbs, and stencils Crack filling and basic asphalt repairs Prep and clean work areas before application Operate sealcoating and striping equipment Maintain a clean, professional jobsiteRequirements:
Previous sealcoating and/or line striping experience preferred Experience operating a line striping machine is a big plus Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Able to work outdoors and perform physical labor Dependable and able to show up on time Comfortable working nights/weekends when required for commercial properties Attention to detail and ability to produce clean, straight stripingPay:
