Applicants must have 1+ years of experience valet parking at luxury hotels. Job requires superior customer service and communication skills. Familiarity with Palm Beach area preferred but not required. Hiring both full and part time employees to start Mid-October.

Job Duties:

Valet attendants are the hotel's first impression, a responsibility we take very seriously. Job duties include but are not limited to: Park/retrieve guest vehicles in a timely, safe, and expedient manner. Keep driveway clear of vehicles by parking them in a timely manner. Greet guests as they arrive/leave the hotel - including opening doors, assisting with items in the vehicle, and assisting women and elderly when applicable. Provide great customer service by being personable and courteous with guests. Ensure accurate key control, ticketing procedures, and cashless transaction compliance when applicable.

Basic Qualifications:

Must have a valid driver's license. Must meet background check. Must be able to communicate in English. Comfortable working outdoors and standing for extended periods.

Preferred Qualifications:

Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays. Experience managing high-volume traffic environments.
