BEING A LIBERTY TEAM MEMBER

What will my role as a Valet Attendant/ Bellmen entail? Supervise team members during your assigned shift. Communicate and collaborate with Front Desk team. Ensure the implementation of all service and safety protocols. Providing a warm and sincere welcome to all of our guests and residents. Driving guest vehicle in a safe and efficient manner. Lifting, loading/unloading, guest and resident luggage. Delivering luggage to guest/resident rooms or ballrooms. Anticipate guests needs during the arrival and departure experience. Provide guests with local recommendations, and hotel amenities. Communicate with hotel partners to provide information on what can make a guest stay better. Assist your fellow hotel colleagues on anything that may help our hotels and residences shine.

Possess the ability to communicate effectively Must be at least 21 years of age Valid driver's license Neat and professional appearance Have the desire to help others Have the desire to help your team win day in and day out Physical requirements: Ability to sprint short distances. Ability to stand for long periods of time Ability to bend, stoop, squat and lift frequently throughout a shift. Ability to work in extreme elements - heat, wind, rain, etc. Ability to lift, push, pull and carry up to 50 pounds.'
