The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional parking and driving services to our guests, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience from the moment they arrive. This role requires excellent customer service skills, safe driving practices, and the ability to handle valet parking efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Tipped out daily and weekly pay. Responsibilities Provide prompt and courteous valet parking services to hotel guests upon arrival and departure. Safely drive and park guest vehicles, ensuring proper handling and security at all times. Assist guests with loading or unloading luggage if needed, offering a friendly and helpful attitude. Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor while representing the hotel brand. Manage parking arrangements efficiently to minimize wait times and optimize space utilization. Follow all safety procedures and traffic regulations to ensure the safety of guests, staff, and vehicles. Communicate effectively with guests, team members, and management to ensure a seamless service experience. Keep the valet area clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times. Qualifications Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Prior experience in valet parking or customer service is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly demeanor. Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment.
