Our valet attendants are often one of the first and last points of contact for residents and guests. We are looking for individuals who are professional, courteous, dependable, and committed to providing excellent customer service while safely handling a variety of vehicles.

Position Details Starting pay:

$20.00 per hour Expected hours: 16-40 hours per week Full-time, part-time, and seasonal opportunities available Students are welcome to apply Anticipated start date: October 19, 2026 Paid training Opportunities for advancement Work includes both indoor and outdoor duties Responsibilities Greet residents and guests in a professional and welcoming manner Safely park and retrieve resident and guest vehicles Maintain an organized and efficient valet operation Properly handle and secure vehicle keys Assist residents and guests with doors, luggage, packages, and other reasonable requests Walk between valet, parking, lobby, and other designated work areas throughout the shift Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor while on duty Follow property procedures, safety standards, and company policies Communicate effectively with residents, guests, supervisors, team members, and property management Immediately report vehicle damage, incidents, safety concerns, or unusual situations to management Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned work areas Requirements Valid driver's license required Valid government-issued identification required for employment Must be able to successfully complete a nationwide background screening Must have a safe and responsible driving history appropriate for the position Ability to communicate effectively in English with residents, guests, and team members Reliable transportation to and from work Strong customer-service and communication skills Professional appearance and demeanor Dependable and punctual Comfortable driving a variety of vehicles, including luxury vehicles and SUVs Ability to walk, stand, and remain active for extended periods Ability to perform duties indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions Ability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled Previous valet, hospitality, luxury residential, hotel, concierge, transportation, or customer-service experience is preferred but not required.
