Valet Supervisor One Parking - NORA Hotel | West Palm Beach, FL $20 per hour + tips | Full-Time & Part-Time Opportunities | Weekly Pay One Parking is seeking an experienced Valet Supervisor to join our team at NORA Hotel , a luxury hospitality destination in West Palm Beach. This is a working supervisor position . You will valet alongside the team while providing leadership, coaching, and oversight to ensure an exceptional guest experience. We are seeking a polished, mature hospitality professional with a proven history of success in full-service valet and customer service . Experience in a 5-Star/Forbes Standards hotel, resort, private club, or similarly high-end hospitality environment is strongly preferred. What You'll Do

• Lead by example while delivering exceptional, personalized service to every guest.
• Perform all aspects of full-service valet, including safely parking and retrieving guest vehicles.
• Supervise, coach, and support valet attendants throughout the shift.
• Anticipate guest needs and ensure service reflects the standards of a luxury property.
• Handle guest questions and concerns with professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment.
• Ensure team members maintain company and property standards for appearance, communication, safety, and vehicle handling.
• Assist with training and onboarding new team members.
• Build strong relationships with guests, hotel personnel, and One Parking leadership. What We're Looking For

Required:

Full-service valet experience and proven customer service experience.

• Previous supervisory or leadership experience strongly preferred.
• Experience in a luxury or 5-Star/Forbes Standards environment preferred.
• Polished, professional appearance and demeanor.
• Mature, dependable, and accountable with a proven record of success.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead by example and remain composed in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license and safe driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
