We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Parking Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the parking facilities, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for our guests. You will play a vital role in providing exceptional guest services while maintaining safety and organization within the parking area. Responsibilities Greet guests upon arrival and assist with parking their vehicles in designated areas. Monitor the parking lot to ensure proper vehicle placement and adherence to safety protocols. Mange keys and make sure that the keys are appropiately tagged to the correct location. Communicate effectively with guests regarding parking procedures and policies. Making sure they are utilizing the app. Comfortable using technology and phone applications.

MUST HAVE A CELLPHONE

Assist with any guest inquiries or concerns related to parking services. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the parking area, including managing signage and equipment. Drive vehicles as needed, including manual transmission vehicles, while ensuring safety at all times. Collaborate with team members to enhance overall guest experience. Experience Ideal candidates will possess the following skills and experience: Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Previous experience in guest services or retail environments is preferred. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with guests and team members. Experience as a delivery driver or in a dealership setting is a plus. Comfortable driving various types of vehicles, including those with manual transmissions.
