Job Summary Join our dynamic team as an Valet Attendant/Bellmen, where you will be the friendly face welcoming guests and ensuring their vehicles are handled with care. This role is vital in creating a positive first impression, providing exceptional guest services, and maintaining smooth parking operations. Your energetic and professional approach will help deliver a memorable experience for all visitors while ensuring safety and efficiency in outdoor work environments. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing excellent customer service and assistance with vehicle parking and retrieval. Safely operate standard passenger cars and assist with vehicle movement, including manual transmission vehicles. Handle cash transactions accurately for parking fees, processing payments efficiently and securely. Perform heavy lifting tasks such as moving luggage or equipment when necessary, maintaining safety standards at all times. Maintain clear communication with guests, team members, and management to coordinate parking logistics smoothly. Conduct outdoor work diligently, ensuring parking areas are organized, clean, and secure during overnight shifts. Assist with automotive service-related tasks when required, including basic vehicle checks or delivering vehicles to designated areas. Experience Prior guest services or hospitality experience is preferred, demonstrating a friendly and professional demeanor. Dealership or automotive service background is a plus, especially familiarity with standard passenger cars and manual transmissions. Experience in driving various types of vehicles, including delivery driver roles or retail driving positions. Strong communication skills are essential for interacting effectively with guests and team members. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle outdoor work environments comfortably. Cash handling skills combined with retail math knowledge to process transactions accurately.
