The Role We are seeking an engaging and professional Bell/Valet to join our team. The ideal candidate will create a warm and welcoming first and last impression for all guests while providing assistance with luggage, parking vehicles, and maintaining the hotel's arrival and departure experience. Duties and Responsibilities

• Stand at or near the hotel entrance to warmly welcome arriving guests and open doors for all guests and visitors.
• Extend a genuine greeting and farewell, ensuring guests feel valued from arrival to departure.
• Assist guests with loading and unloading luggage and personal items.
• Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles in a timely and courteous manner.
• Provide directions, local information, and assistance with guest inquiries.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the entrance, valet area, and bell storage area.
• Communicate guest requests or concerns promptly to the Front Desk or appropriate department.
• Uphold the highest level of professionalism and guest service in alignment with hotel standards. Requirements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation and attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and ability to safely operate guest vehicles.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Previous experience in a bell, valet, or hospitality-related role preferred.
• Basic knowledge of cash handling procedures.
