Here's what you'll do during a typical day: Handle transactions seamlessly: Accurately total, process, and collect payments using the point-of-sale system; handle cash, credit/debit cards, validations, vouchers, and gift certificates/cards Track parking activity: Maintain accurate records regarding the vehicles in the hotel's care, including charges and fees, validations, vehicle locations, and accrued parking time Manage traffic flow: Assist with coordinating vehicle movement around the parking entrance and exit areas, as needed Delight our guests: Bring an upbeat and friendly attitude to all guest interactions, respond promptly to inquiries, and resolve any issues in a friendly, efficient manner
