Text "READY" to 81555 to download the JobStack app. Pay Rate $13.00 - $16.00 per hour As a State Fair Event Worker, you may be doing the following Restroom Attendant Help maintain clean, stocked, and sanitary restroom facilities. Provide a positive experience for fair guests. Event Setup Crew Assist with setting up event spaces, equipment, tables, chairs, signage, and other materials before and during the fair. Groundskeeper Keep assigned areas clean by collecting trash, emptying receptacles, wiping tables, and maintaining the fairgrounds. Dining Area Cleaner Bus tables and benches, remove trash, and keep dining areas clean Livestock Area Cleaner Clean and prepare livestock exhibits as animals rotate throughout the fair. Help maintain a safe and sanitary environment for exhibitors and visitors. Concert Usher / Security Direct guests to their seats during concerts. Monitor entrances and exits. Help maintain a safe environment by following event security procedures. Guest Services Lead Lead the Guest Services team in providing excellent customer service. Assist with guest questions and coordinate daily operations. Guest Services Representative Staff information booths and Lost & Found. Answer guest questions and provide directions and assistance throughout the fair. Parking Lot Attendant / Traffic Control Direct vehicles safely through parking areas. Assist guests in finding available parking spaces. Help maintain safe traffic flow during busy event hours. Server Serve food and beverages to guests in assigned dining or event areas. Assist with setting up and clearing tables and keeping service areas clean and organized. Provide friendly and efficient customer service in a fast-paced event environment. Dishwasher Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, cookware, and other food service equipment. Keep dishwashing and kitchen areas clean, organized, and sanitary. Assist with general kitchen cleanup and other food service duties as needed.
