Company Overview Exiled is an outdoor haunted attraction, located in Bonner Springs, Kansas. We seek to offer a thrilling fall experience for the thousands of friends and families that are able to make it out. Job Summary We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Event Parking Staff to ensure smooth and safe parking operations during our popular outdoor events. In this role, you will manage parking lots, assist guests with vehicle procedures, and provide exceptional customer service. Your energetic presence will help create a positive experience for all visitors while maintaining efficient parking management. Shifts are every Friday and Saturday in October, and occasionally include Thursdays and Sundays later in the month. Shift start times will range from 5-6pm as the sun goes down earlier throughout the month. Shift times end at 10:30-11:30pm. Duties Direct guests to available parking spots using clear communication and signage Operate standard passenger cars safely within parking areas and valet zones Monitor parking lots to ensure safety, security, and proper vehicle flow Assist guests with parking lot questions, directions, and general inquiries Perform manual handling tasks such as heavy lifting of parking cones or equipment Maintain outdoor work areas by ensuring cleanliness and organization throughout shifts Skills Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse guests Experience in parking lot monitoring and conflict management to handle guest concerns professionally Ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting and outdoor work in various weather conditions Join our dynamic team where your energy fuels unforgettable outdoor adventures!
