Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with their vehicle needs in a friendly, professional manner Safely operate standard passenger cars, manual transmissions, and other dealership vehicles for various purposes Park and retrieve vehicles in designated parking areas efficiently and safely Assist with heavy lifting tasks such as moving tires, parts, or equipment as needed Process cash transactions accurately for parking fees or related services, utilizing retail math and cash handling skills Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service drive area to ensure a professional appearance Communicate effectively with team members and guests to coordinate vehicle movements and address inquiries Requirements Prior experience in guest services or hospitality environments preferred Dealership experience or familiarity with automotive service operations is a plus Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; ability to operate standard passenger cars and manual transmissions Strong communication skills to interact confidently with customers and team members Ability to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions while maintaining safety standards Physically capable of heavy lifting and performing manual tasks regularly throughout shifts Experience with processing cash transactions, cashiering, or retail math is advantageous Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in vehicle handling and record keeping Join us as a Service Porter and become an essential part of our dealership's success!
