In this role, you will be the backbone of our sales floor and lot operations, ensuring our vehicle inventory is pristine, well-organized, and ready for customer test drives and immediate delivery. Key Responsibilities & Sales Support Duties - Lot & Inventory Merchandising Maintain an organized, clean, and visually appealing vehicle and Parking lot to maximize customer interest and smooth sales operations. Park, arrange, and stage new and pre-owned vehicles according to dealership layout standards and promotional focus. Ensure all vehicles on the sales lot have appropriate hangtags, buyers' guides, stock stickers, and marketing materials properly displayed. Sales Operations Support Vehicle Prep for
Test Drives:
Ensure designated test-drive vehicles are clean, fueled, and parked in accessible areas for sales representatives and prospective buyers.
Battery & Fleet Readiness:
Monitor inventory for dead batteries or low tire pressure; perform quick jump-starts or tire fills so vehicles are customer-ready at all times. Transport & Logistics Drive vehicles safely to and from off-site storage lots, detailing bays, service departments, gas stations, or local body shops. Receive, inspect, and check in incoming vehicle transports, noting any transport damage and verifying check-in paperwork.
Qualifications & Requirements Driver's License:
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record ( Required ).
Work Ethic:
Punctual, dependable, and self-motivated with strong time-management skills.
Physical Ability:
Able to work outdoors in various weather conditions and stand, walk, or bend for extended periods.
Skills:
Ability to operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles (preferred).
Background Check:
Willingness to undergo a routine background check and drug screening as required by dealership policy.
