The primary responsibility of a garage valet is to provide a positive and efficient parking experience for customers and to make a fantastic impression through every interaction by engaging with our guests and customers in a positive and friendly manner, giving them the best experience possible while providing safe and efficient service. Responsibilities Keep the safety of self and others in mind at all times. You will park customers' vehicles in designated parking spots, ensuring they are parked safely and securely, minimizing the potential for accidents. Keep track of keys and vehicles throughout the garage. Provide exceptional guest experience. Maintain organization at operation. Be enthusiastic about the job, creating a positive environment for the customers and teammates to enjoy Use professional communication and VPNE-approved language choices. Help facilitate transition at the end of the shift. Provide information about the garage, such as the hours of operation, rates, or any special promotions upon request. Always maintain a neatly groomed appearance. Cleaning duties as assigned Adhere to the VPNE attendance policy.
