Full-time Annapolis Subaru is looking for a dependable, energetic Sales Lot Attendant to join our team. This is an important support position responsible for keeping our vehicle inventory organized, clean, accessible, and ready for customers. We are a family-owned and operated dealership seeking someone who takes pride in their work, stays productive without constant supervision, and enjoys working as part of a team. Responsibilities Organize new and pre-owned vehicle inventory across dealership lots Move vehicles safely between holding lots, service area, and other designated locations Keep vehicle displays and customer-facing areas clean and presentable Prepare vehicles for customer appointments, test drives, and deliveries Ensure vehicles are properly parked, locked, and labeled Check vehicles for cleanliness, fuel level, and visible damage Assist with locating vehicles and keys for Sales Consultants Help receive and organize new vehicles delivered by transport carriers Remove snow, trash, leaves, and other debris from vehicles and lot areas when necessary Assist the sales and management teams with other dealership-related tasks Qualifications Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record Ability to drive both automatic and manual-transmission vehicles is a plus Dependable transportation and consistent attendance Ability to work outdoors in different weather conditions Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed Previous dealership, porter, valet, detailing, or inventory experience is helpful but not required Schedule This is a full-time position.
