What You'll Do As a Service Valet , you'll play an important role in creating an outstanding customer experience from the moment customers arrive.

Your responsibilities include:

Greeting customers with a friendly and professional attitude Safely parking, retrieving, and moving customer vehicles throughout the dealership Transporting customers using the courtesy shuttle Picking up customer vehicles when requested Organizing dealership vehicle inventory Running vehicles through the car wash to ensure they're clean and ready for delivery Assisting the Service Department with daily operations Supporting the team with additional duties as needed What Success Looks Like The ideal Service Valet is someone who: Enjoys working with people and providing exceptional customer service Has a positive attitude and strong work ethic Works efficiently in a fast-paced environment Takes pride in keeping vehicles clean and organized Pays close attention to detail Can safely operate a variety of vehicles Is dependable, punctual, and a team player Wants to learn and grow within the dealership Hiring Process Our hiring process is designed to identify dependable, customer-focused professionals.
