Job Description

We are seeking a reliable, energetic, and detail-oriented Vehicle Prepper to join our team. This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity for someone looking to get their foot in the door of the automotive industry. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring our inventory looks pristine and is fully prepared for sale. While no prior experience is required, a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn are essential. Key Responsibilities Thoroughly clean and vacuum vehicle interiors, including carpets, seats, and floor mats. Wash, dry, and prep vehicle exteriors to ensure they meet our high presentation standards before hitting the sales lot. Remove any trash, debris, or auction stickers from incoming vehicles. Serve as a lot attendant by safely moving and parking vehicles across the properties. Organize and maintain the sales lot to ensure a tidy and professional appearance for customers. Assist the sales and service teams with basic tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications & Experience Experience:
Entry-level position; no prior experience is required! However, previous experience in auto detailing, washing, or as a lot attendant is a great bonus.
Schedule:
We are hiring for both part-time and full-time positions. Applicants must be available for a consistent schedule between Monday and Friday.
Driver's License:
Must possess a valid driver's license and a clean driving record (required for moving vehicles).
Work Ethic:
Highly motivated, punctual, and able to work well both independently and as part of a team.
Physical Ability:
Comfortable with physical work, including standing for extended periods, bending, and working outdoors in various weather conditions. Why Join Us?
