Cashiers, NC 28717 Position Overview We are seeking a friendly and motivated Golf Services Attendant to join our team in Cashiers, NC. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service to golfers, assist with daily golf operations, and help maintain a welcoming and efficient environment at our golf facility. Key Responsibilities Greet and assist golfers upon arrival, providing information about tee times, course conditions, and facility amenities. Manage golf cart distribution and collection, ensuring carts are clean, fueled, and in good working condition. Assist with the setup and breakdown of golf events and tournaments as needed. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the golf services area, including the cart barn and pro shop vicinity. Provide basic golf equipment and accessory sales support when necessary. Communicate effectively with golf course staff to ensure smooth daily operations. Enforce golf course rules and etiquette to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous experience in golf services, hospitality, or customer service is a plus. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Physical ability to handle golf carts and equipment, including lifting up to 50 lbs. Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
