Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Valet Attendant, where your energetic and customer-focused attitude will create memorable experiences for our guests. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest services by efficiently parking and retrieving vehicles, ensuring a smooth and welcoming arrival and departure process. Your enthusiasm and professionalism will help foster a positive environment, making every guest feel valued and cared for. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your hospitality skills while working outdoors in a fast-paced setting. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing friendly and professional service throughout their visit Safely operate standard passenger cars, manual transmissions, and other vehicles in outdoor parking areas Park vehicles efficiently in designated parking zones, ensuring optimal space utilization Retrieve vehicles promptly upon guest request, maintaining a high level of accuracy and care Assist guests with loading or unloading items when necessary, demonstrating helpfulness and attentiveness Process cash transactions accurately for parking fees or related services, utilizing retail math and cashiering skills Communicate clearly with guests and team members to coordinate vehicle movements and address any concerns or questions Skills Strong guest service orientation with excellent communication skills to engage confidently with diverse customers Knowledge of hospitality standards and automotive service procedures to deliver top-tier customer experiences Experience operating standard passenger cars, including manual transmission vehicles, with safe driving practices Ability to perform heavy lifting when handling luggage or assisting with vehicle access needs Prior dealership or automotive service experience is a plus, demonstrating familiarity with vehicle operations and maintenance Proficiency in cash handling, processing transactions accurately, and managing retail math calculations Outdoor work experience preferred, comfortable working in various weather conditions while maintaining professionalism Join us as a Valet Attendant to deliver outstanding service in a lively environment where your enthusiasm makes a difference!
