What You'll Do As a Lot Attendant , you'll play a key role in maintaining an organized, safe, and customer-friendly dealership environment by: Organizing and maintaining new and pre-owned vehicle inventory on the dealership lot Moving, parking, and staging vehicles to support sales, service, and delivery operations Ensuring vehicles are clean, properly displayed, and ready for customer viewing Monitoring lot conditions and keeping vehicle displays orderly and presentable Assisting with vehicle deliveries, dealer trades, and transportation needs as required Performing routine inspections of inventory and reporting any damage or maintenance concerns Supporting dealership departments with various operational tasks to ensure a smooth workflow What We're Looking For We want dependable, hardworking team players who thrive in a fast-paced environment: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Ability to work independently and as part of a team Comfortable driving a variety of vehicles safely and responsibly Previous automotive or lot attendant experience is preferred, but we will train the right candidate!
