Develop, update, and implement individualized education plans (IEPs), including functional goals and robust post-secondary transition planning. Collaborate with related service providers, families, and district personnel to facilitate comprehensive student support.

Preferred Qualifications:

Active State Special Education Teaching License (High School level required).
