What You'll Do:

Lead & manage the Service Drive Team

• onboard, train, and oversee daily operations Ensure operational excellence
• maintain standard operating procedures and company policies Drive safety & compliance
• conduct daily safety reviews and staff training Build strong client relationships
• establish regular meetings with dealership management Oversee payroll & scheduling
• manage time tracking, attendance, and budgeting Develop future leaders
• mentor employees and identify management potential

What We're Looking For:

Leadership experience

• previous supervisory experience, preferably in the automotive industry Strong communication skills
• ability to clearly relay information to employees and clients Problem-solving mindset
• quick thinking and ability to resolve challenges efficiently Detail-oriented
• ensuring smooth daily operations and adherence to company policies Valid driver's license
• with at least 5 years of driving experience and a clean record
