Job Description
Job Overview The Tow Truck Operator / Service Driver is responsible for safely responding to customer, law enforcement, roadside assistance, and company-dispatched calls. The employee will operate company vehicles and towing equipment in a safe and professional manner while providing excellent customer service and properly documenting each service. The operator is expected to protect customer vehicles and property, maintain company equipment, follow all company policies and procedures, and complete all required paperwork and electronic documentation.
