Duties Greet guests warmly and assist with parking their vehicles promptly and professionally Operate standard passenger cars and other dealership vehicles safely, including manual transmission models Manage cash transactions accurately for parking fees and process payments efficiently Provide excellent guest services by answering questions and offering directions or assistance as needed Perform outdoor work in various weather conditions while maintaining safety protocols Handle heavy lifting when necessary to move or position vehicles or equipment Maintain cleanliness and organization of the parking area, ensuring a secure environment for vehicles and guests Qualifications Prior experience in guest services, hospitality, or dealership environments is preferred Valid driving license with experience operating standard passenger cars, including manual transmissions Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work outdoors comfortably in different weather conditions Experience with cash handling, cashiering, retail math, or processing cash transactions is advantageous Bilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse guest populations Knowledge of automotive service or delivery driver experience can enhance your fit for this role
