ABOUT THE POSITION

Crystal Clean Dry Ice Blasting is seeking an experienced, hands-on Field Supervisor to lead industrial cleaning and surface-preparation projects throughout the Northeast. Our services include dry ice blasting, sandblasting, vapor blasting, pressure washing, industrial painting, fire and soot restoration, and log home restoration. We work in demanding industrial and commercial environments where safety, leadership, productivity, and attention to detail matter. This is not a desk position. The right candidate will work alongside the crew, confidently lead projects in the field, communicate professionally with customers, and take ownership of each job from mobilization through completion.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Lead field crews on industrial and commercial projects Review job scopes, prep lists, safety requirements, and production goals before work begins Conduct onsite safety discussions and job safety analyses Assign responsibilities and keep employees focused, productive, and motivated Work alongside the crew while maintaining overall control of the project Train employees in proper equipment operation, work techniques, and safety procedures Operate or oversee dry ice blasting, sandblasting, vapor blasting, pressure-washing, and painting equipment Track labor hours, material usage, dry ice, blasting media, equipment, and daily progress Provide the office with clear daily updates, before and after photographs, production numbers, and job documentation Communicate professionally with customers, site contacts, general contractors, and facility managers Recognize job-site problems early and help develop practical solutions Maintain quality standards and verify that completed work meets the customer's expectations Inspect, organize, and protect company trucks, trailers, tools, and equipment Coordinate mobilization, travel, lodging, materials, rentals, and site access with the office Enforce company policies and all applicable safety requirements Represent Crystal Clean professionally at every customer facility

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

At least 2 years of supervisory, foreman, or crew-lead experience in an industrial, construction, restoration, painting, blasting, or field-service environment Proven ability to lead employees without constant oversight Strong work ethic and willingness to perform physical, hands-on work Calm, confident leadership and the ability to motivate a tired crew without yelling or losing control Strong communication, organization, documentation, and problem-solving skills Ability to understand job scopes, follow procedures, and maintain production goals Ability to manage changing job-site conditions while keeping the project safe and on schedule Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record Ability and willingness to travel throughout the Northeast and remain out of town for extended projects Availability for long shifts, nights, weekends, shutdowns, and occasional emergency work Ability to pass required background checks, drug screenings, and customer-specific site requirements

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

Experience in any of the following is strongly preferred but not required: Dry ice blasting Sandblasting or vapor blasting Industrial painting or coatings Pressure washing or industrial cleaning Fire, smoke, or soot restoration Construction, manufacturing, power-generation, or facility-maintenance environments Compressors, blasting equipment, lifts, fall protection, confined spaces, or lockout/tagout OSHA, MSHA, scissor-lift, forklift, confined-space, or fall-protection training

PHYSICAL AND WORK REQUIREMENTS

This position regularly involves standing for extended periods, lifting and carrying equipment, climbing ladders, wearing respiratory protection and other PPE, working around loud machinery, and operating in hot, cold, dirty, or confined industrial environments.
