Parking Attendant Western New York Arena LLC Buffalo, NY Job Details Part-time $17.50 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Outdoor work experience High school diploma or GED Full Job Description Summary To ensure the safety of our guests, contractors and employees while they are entering and exiting the parking ramp and parking lots, all while maintaining a high level of customer service. Ensure the safety of vehicles while in ramp and lots. Monitoring and controlling the movements of patrons, visitors, and contractors using various methods service is also a main component of the job. Duties & Responsibilities Provide a high level of service to patrons before, during, and after events. Our goal is to have 100% positive interaction with patrons; Must be able to accurately and responsibly handle money and create change in a fast-paced environment; Monitor the access and egress of patrons in the parking ramp and surface parking lot; Conduct routine surveillance rounds around the parking lots including the immediate perimeter; Perform other related duties or tasks as assigned or as become evident; Remain calm and professional in all situations; Monitor assigned areas within the parking lots to ensure guest safety and compliance with building policy; Remove trash, debris, and refuse. Take trash materials to the proper location and dispose of it properly; Greet, monitor and control the movements of patrons, visitors, employees and contractors; Report pertinent safety, maintenance and personnel information to supervisor; Maintain a professional attitude and appearance at all times; Create documentation for all pertinent events and maintain daily log sheets.
