Job Description
We are seeking a reliable Lot Attendant to join our team at a prestigious dealership. The Lot Attendant will be responsible for maintaining the appearance and organization of the vehicle lot, ensuring a positive experience for all guests.
- Responsibilities
- Drive vehicles to designated areas within the dealership
- Communicate effectively with team members and guests
- Provide exceptional guest services by assisting with inquiries and directing guests as needed
- Handle cash transactions accurately if required
- Maintain cleanliness of vehicles and lot area
- Utilize manual transmission vehicles proficiently if necessary
- Assist with valet parking services as needed
- Experience
- Prior experience in hospitality, guest services, or retail preferred
- Ability to drive various types of vehicles including manual transmission
- Proficiency in cash handling procedures is a plus
- Strong communication skills to interact with guests and team members effectively
