Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with parking their vehicles efficiently and safely. Operate standard passenger cars and manual transmission vehicles with confidence and care. Safely park, retrieve, and maneuver vehicles in various outdoor settings, including tight spaces and busy lots. Handle cash transactions accurately for valet parking services, including processing payments and issuing receipts. Communicate clearly with guests, team members, and management to coordinate vehicle movements smoothly. Assist guests with loading or unloading items when necessary, demonstrating excellent guest service skills. Maintain a clean and organized valet station, ensuring all equipment is in good working order. Qualifications Prior experience in guest services or hospitality is preferred; dealership or automotive service experience is a plus. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; comfortable operating standard passenger cars and manual transmissions. Ability to perform heavy lifting when handling luggage or assisting guests with their belongings. Strong communication skills to interact professionally with guests and team members. Experience working outdoors in various weather conditions is desirable. Basic cashiering skills, including retail math and cash handling accuracy.
