Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing excellent customer service and assistance throughout their visit Manage parking facilities, directing vehicles efficiently and safely using manual transmission vehicles when necessary Assist guests with vehicle entry and exit procedures, ensuring smooth traffic flow during your shift Handle cashiering duties including cash handling, retail math calculations, and processing payments accurately Maintain clear communication with team members and guests to address inquiries or concerns promptly Support delivery drivers by coordinating drop-offs and pickups, ensuring timely service delivery Uphold safety protocols by monitoring the premises, conducting inspections, and reporting any irregularities or safety hazards Qualifications Previous experience in guest services or hospitality roles preferred; dealership or retail experience is a plus Valid driver's license with experience driving manual transmission vehicles required Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and perform retail math calculations confidently Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guest populations Experience in parking management or as a delivery driver is advantageous Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly, professional attitude Reliable, punctual, and able to work overnight hours consistently Join us on the third shift as a valet Attendant and become an integral part of our commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
