Job Description

Service Drive Attendant We are looking for a dependable, customer-focused Service Drive Attendant to support our Service Department and help provide an exceptional experience for every customer. This position is responsible for maintaining an organized service drive, assisting customers with vehicle movement, and helping the Service Department operate efficiently. Responsibilities Greet and assist customers arriving at the service drive. Safely move and park customer vehicles as needed. Maintain an organized, clean, and professional service drive and parking areas. Retrieve and deliver customer vehicles to the appropriate service areas. Assist Service Advisors and technicians with vehicle movement and other daily tasks. Check vehicles for obvious personal belongings or visible damage when required. Keep vehicle keys organized and secure according to company procedures. Assist with vehicle deliveries and customer vehicle pick-up. Help maintain cleanliness of customer vehicles and the service area. Follow all company safety procedures and vehicle-handling policies. Provide friendly, professional customer service at all times. Perform other duties as assigned by management. Qualifications Valid driver's license and a safe driving record. Ability to drive both automatic and manual-transmission vehicles is a plus. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Strong customer-service and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Must be dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented. Previous automotive, dealership, valet, or customer-service experience is preferred but not required. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.

Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Ability to safely enter, exit, and operate customer vehicles.
Overview Pay:
$10.00 - $13.00 per hour
