Job Description

Job Purpose:
The Service Department CST at Ron Marhofer Auto Family is responsible for maintaining an organized, safe, and professional service drive and lot. This role ensures that customer vehicles are handled with care throughout the service process, contributing to a seamless and positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Safely move and organize vehicles on the service lot. Drive, clean, and prep vehicles for delivery. Inspect vehicles for damage. Assist service advisors and technicians with vehicle flow. Keep lot areas clean and safe. Support customers during vehicle drop-off and pick-up.
Required Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Preferred Education:
No specific preferred education; on-the-job training provided.
Required Experience:
No prior experience required; entry-level candidates comfortable driving various vehicles are encouraged to apply.
Preferred Experience:
Prior experience as a lot attendant, porter, valet, or in a customer-facing automotive/service environment is a plus.
Required Skills and Abilities:
Friendly, professional customer service demeanor Strong safety awareness when moving vehicles Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and work outdoors in varied weather Valid driver's license meeting dealership insurability requirements
Preferred Skills and Abilities:
Ability to drive both manual and automatic transmission vehicles Basic knowledge of minor vehicle maintenance (tire pressure, fluids, jump-starts) Strong teamwork, reliability, and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment
