Sales Department Lot Attendant McMinnville CDJRM is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Sales Department Lot Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will help maintain an organized, clean, and professional dealership environment while providing excellent service to our guests. The ideal candidate is reliable, customer-focused, comfortable working outdoors, and able to safely operate a variety of vehicles. Responsibilities Move customer vehicles safely and efficiently to maintain smooth traffic flow throughout the facility. Maintain an organized and professional appearance throughout the service and sales parking areas, vehicle display lot, car preparation area, shop, and showroom. Wash, wax, and buff vehicles. Clean interior and exterior windows. Vacuum and thoroughly clean vehicle interiors. Apply dressing to tires and tire wells. Use appropriate specialty cleaners and detailing products to maintain a high standard of vehicle cleanliness. Assist with other lot, vehicle preparation, and customer service duties as needed. Requirements Friendly, professional, and customer-service focused. Driven and self motivated. Reliable and dependable. Able to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods. Able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Basic computer skills. Previous customer service experience preferred. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Valid driver's license and a good driving record required. Must be at least 18 years of age. Must be available to work Thursday-Sunday; Monday-Wednesday off. Preferred Experience Familiarity with dealership operations or a retail environment. Previous experience as a delivery driver or in a position requiring frequent vehicle operation. Familiarity with manual transmission vehicles is a plus, but not required.
