Fred Beans Ford of Doylestown is looking for a dependable, energetic Lot Attendant / Porter to help keep our dealership looking its best. If you enjoy working around vehicles, take pride in staying organized, and like being on your feet rather than sitting behind a desk, this could be the perfect opportunity. No automotive experience is required. We hire great people and provide the training you need to succeed. What You'll Do As a Lot Attendant, you'll play an important role in ensuring our dealership is clean, organized, and ready to provide an exceptional customer experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

Organizing and maintaining our new and pre-owned vehicle inventory Moving vehicles safely throughout the dealership and service department Preparing vehicles for customer delivery and showroom display Washing vehicles as needed and ensuring they are clean and presentation-ready Photographing vehicles for our online inventory Installing license plates, window stickers, and other dealership materials Monitoring vehicle fuel levels and assisting with basic vehicle readiness Keeping the lot, sidewalks, and customer areas clean and well-maintained Assisting with snow removal and weather-related lot maintenance Supporting the Sales and Service Departments with daily operations Greeting customers in a friendly, professional manner when needed What We're Looking For Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Reliable, punctual, and dependable Positive attitude with a strong work ethic Ability to work independently and as part of a team Comfortable working outdoors in all seasons Ability to walk, stand, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds throughout the day Attention to detail and pride in keeping vehicles looking their best Previous dealership or porter experience is helpful, but not required Why You'll Love Working at Fred Beans At Fred Beans Automotive Group, we're more than just a dealership—we're a family-owned company that values our employees and promotes from within.
