Come help us give every guest a warm welcome—and keep things moving! Must be 18 years old Primary Responsibilities Traffic Direction and Vehicle Flow Direct incoming and outgoing vehicles safely and efficiently. Guide drivers to designated parking areas. Prevent traffic congestion at entrances and exits. Manage traffic patterns according to site plans. Coordinate traffic movement during peak arrival and departure periods. Communicate lot status to supervisors when areas become full. Guest Assistance Welcome guests upon arrival. Provide directions to event entrances, restrooms, and attractions. Assist guests in locating parking spaces. Answer questions regarding parking procedures. Provide information about accessible parking locations. Maintain a professional, courteous, and helpful demeanor. Parking Enforcement Enforce parking lot rules and regulations. Monitor reserved, VIP, vendor, staff, and accessible parking areas. Prevent unauthorized parking in restricted zones. Report violations to supervisors. Customer Service Expectations Be friendly and approachable. Maintain a positive attitude under pressure. Remain calm during heavy traffic conditions. Use clear communication and hand signals. Demonstrate patience with guests. Resolve minor parking concerns professionally. Represent Peddler's Village in a positive manner. Required Skills Strong communication skills. Ability to direct traffic safely. Situational awareness. Customer service experience. Problem-solving ability. Ability to work independently. Dependability and punctuality. Conflict resolution skills. Attention to detail. Physical Requirements Stand and walk for extended periods. Work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Lift and carry equipment up to 30 pounds Bend, stoop, and move traffic control devices. Remain attentive during long shifts.
